This Fischer SC Pro is a slalom ski as pure as it comes. And nothing less! It is sharp as a knife. The skis are slick and give clean turning at any moment, at any time. Feels just exactly right, light but not too nervous, and for sure not too slow. Like a trained athlete without any fat. This is how the real optimum slalom ski feels for me. So these Fischer RC4 Worldcup SC Pro get my 5 stars. When you take the the SC Pro out on the piste, the skis feel as if they are a part of your body. They are like an extension of your legs. The turning and steering is light and sharp, doing exactly what you had in mind. Just think of a turn and the skis will do the rest, automatically.
The Fischer RC4 WC SC Pro skis are stiff with a lot of pop out of corners to catapult you with big force to the next one. For the less experienced skier this might be a little frightening. You also generate a lot of speed by carving these top end Fischer slalom ski's. And the amount of grip is amazing, always enough, no matter how diagonal you throw them in a corner.
"Professional ski with aggressive, fast line: featuring perfect geometry for awesome power transfer in short and medium turns.", says Fischer. I totally agree, extreme carving with pop is possible on these ski's. Or better, that is what you need to do with them. It is hard to ski in a relaxed way on them as slipping and sliding on a busy slope is not what these skis want. Then the Fischer SC Pro will give you a hard time.
