Ultra-Lightweight and Ultra-Comfortable snowboard boot

Nitro's number one objective with this all-terrain snowboard boot was to provide lightweight comfort without sacrificing response and fit. The Nitro Ultra channels years of boot building technology and expertise into the most bang for your buck snowboard boot. The unparalleled comfort comes from the Cuff Link Design and our New Cloud 6 Liner equipped with a Triple Density Air Footbed. You will be charging the mountain from first to last chair in these lightweight kicks!

Outer boot
The lightweight construction of the Ultra is paired with the Cuff Link Design. The upper cuff of the boot shell is linked to the lower boot part with an anatomically correct design, allowing the ankle to flex naturally while providing necessary support and bulge-free lace ability. To reduce weight even more, Nitro uses full EVA outsoles on this model. While keeping weight low, the EVA also provides great impact absorption and thermal insulation. This EVA outsoles are reinforced with strategically placed rubber reinforcements for added resistance.

Liner
The Cloud 6 liner is ultra-comfortable and highly flexible . Molded from lightweight thermacell material, this liner provides all-over cushioning for maximum impact absorption. Featuring our internal lacing system and molded Latex heel pads for infinite heel fit and our flex toe construction for a highly customized feel.

Lacing System
Once again, Nitro is pushing ahead by introducing the new TLS 5 lacing system. Based on the experience from their previous technical lacing systems, they have further refined functionality of the TLS 5: Easier lace engagement and release, combined with less friction of the Dyneema® laces are the key factors of this highly reliable mechanism . The molded TLS lace handles provide better grip and comfort for more comfort and lacing power .
