A racing helmet designed for slalom. The modular chin guard comes with the box and can be mounted and adjusted without using any tools. Including BOA® Fit System.

It has a removable Chinguard with tool-free adjustment and is matchless in its protective qualities. This lightweight, size adjustable, ventilated helmet is an essential piece of kit for all who race.

Hardshell Technology This helmet technology is outstanding in longevity and impact protection. For this reason we use it in our race and rental helmets.
Toolfree Chinguard The angle of our all-new Toolfree Chinguard can be adjusted individually, without using any tools. The chinguard can also be taken off, when not needed for training, or racing gates.
Thermal Ventilation Thermal Ventilation is our automatic ventilation system which leads warm air away from the head to the outside without allowing any cold air to the inside.
Microfleece The soft Microfleece material has several functions: it feels good, draws moisture from the skin and transports it away from the head.
360° BOA® Fit The 360° Fit system by BOA® evenly adjusts the fit of the helmet to all shapes of head.
Removable Neckgator These neckgators can be removed to suit the variable weather conditions and for cleaning.

EN 1077:2007 Class B EN 1077 is the European standard for ski & snowboard helmets, taking into account the results of collision tests to ascertain dampening and puncture resistant qualities of the outer shell. Class B of this certificate certifies helmets with soft ear protectors.

Head:
Compania a fost fondata in Baltimore, Maryland in 1950 de catre Howard Head, dupa ce a fost intr-o excursie la schi si a fost uimit sa vada ca schiurile lui au fost facute din lemn intr-o epoca in care metalele si materialele plastice inlocuiau multe modele de produse din lemn. Head lucra la constructia de fuselaje de avioane si el a simtit ca acelasi material ar putea face o pereche de schi ideala. Dupa doi ani de munca constanta a realizat un design care nu numai ca a functionat, dar a facut dramatic mai usor orice viraj.
Compania a devenit rapid foarte de succes. In termen de cativa ani a fost principalul furnizor de schiuri alpine din SUA, iar mai tarziu si-a diversificat domeniul de activitate si cu alte sporturi ca tenisul. Head Howard a vandut compania pentru AMF in 1969 si sa retras. Dupa o serie de preluari si achizitii, HEAD, NV are sediul in prezent in Amsterdam, Olanda.
