UV400 & Anti Fog UV400 & Anti Fog refers to the intense UV protective qualities of HEAD lenses and their ability to minimise fogging. The light on the mountain is intense so you need the best protection possible as well as anti-fogging qualities to maintain the best visibility.
Triple Layer Foam Dual-density Comfort Foam with Microfleece is a bonded foam with a soft fleece for added comfort. The two foams serve different purposes, including anti-fogging, climate regulation and padding while the fleece creates the ideal comfort layer between goggle and skin.
Speed Snap Lens Exchange Speed Snap Lens Exchange is a fast and easy lens exchange system. Lenses snap in and out quickly and easily allowing a rider to keep up with the changing light conditions.

Compania a fost fondata in Baltimore, Maryland in 1950 de catre Howard Head, dupa ce a fost intr-o excursie la schi si a fost uimit sa vada ca schiurile lui au fost facute din lemn intr-o epoca in care metalele si materialele plastice inlocuiau multe modele de produse din lemn. Head lucra la constructia de fuselaje de avioane si el a simtit ca acelasi material ar putea face o pereche de schi ideala. Dupa doi ani de munca constanta a realizat un design care nu numai ca a functionat, dar a facut dramatic mai usor orice viraj.
Compania a devenit rapid foarte de succes. In termen de cativa ani a fost principalul furnizor de schiuri alpine din SUA, iar mai tarziu si-a diversificat domeniul de activitate si cu alte sporturi ca tenisul. Head Howard a vandut compania pentru AMF in 1969 si sa retras. Dupa o serie de preluari si achizitii, HEAD, NV are sediul in prezent in Amsterdam, Olanda.
